With over 20 years pet sitting experience and having pets my whole life, I will take care of your pets like they are my own. I was the child on the bus with a rescued kitten hidden in my backpack!! My parents showed Norwegian Elkhounds when I was a young child, so I have been working with animals my whole life. I have experience with dogs, cats, ducks, rabbits, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, marmoset monkeys, tamarin monkeys, lemurs, bearded dragon lizards, and wolves. I had 2 standard poodles have their puppies (on 2 separate pet sitting trips) while I was sitting them, was a wonderful learning experience!! Also, after Hurricane Andrew in Aug. 1992, I volunteered with a group called Andrews Ark/Andrews Orphans to help bring all the animals up to Palm Beach County to be cared for, put into temporary homes and/or adopted out. There was a veterinarian, Dr. Xavier Garcia (El Cid Animal Clinic, WPB, FL), that I helped out a lot (assisted giving shots, prepping animals for surgery, etc.).
